About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LexiPlay, a scene-based English vocabulary learning product provided by Cool-Mind Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Cool-Mind", "LexiPlay", "we", "us", or "our"). By using LexiPlay, you agree to these Terms.

The service
LexiPlay helps learners practice useful English words through short, scene-based exercises, characters, feedback, streaks, and generated learning content. Some features may be experimental, in beta, or changed before public launch.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to use online services in your location and legally able to agree to these Terms. If LexiPlay offers accounts, you are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.
Your content
You may send prompts, goals, messages, or descriptions of what you want to learn. You keep ownership of your content. You give us a limited permission to use it to operate LexiPlay, generate lessons, save progress, provide support, improve the service, and keep the service safe.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, confidential, sensitive, or that you do not have the right to use.
Generated content and learning results
LexiPlay may generate scene courses, exercises, hints, and feedback based on your inputs and progress. Generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for every situation. It is provided for language-learning assistance and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse LexiPlay, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not use LexiPlay to create or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or resell the service unless we give written permission.
- Do not remove ownership notices or misuse LexiPlay branding, characters, or assets.
Intellectual property
LexiPlay, including its design, characters, artwork, product flows, software, names, and branding, is owned by Cool-Mind or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of LexiPlay to you.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information, including learning progress and content you provide for generated scene courses.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of LexiPlay at any time, especially while the product is still evolving. We may also update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide appropriate notice.
Disclaimers
LexiPlay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every generated lesson will be accurate or suitable for your needs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cool-Mind and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of LexiPlay.
Termination
You may stop using LexiPlay at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated, the service is being misused, or we need to protect LexiPlay or other users.
Legal terms
These Terms are intended to apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Any rights you have under mandatory consumer or data protection laws remain unaffected. We recommend final legal review before public launch, including the appropriate governing law and dispute venue for Cool-Mind.
