• Learning progress: scenes practiced, words reviewed, answers, streaks, achievements, review history, and learning preferences.
• Content you provide: messages, prompts, goals, interests, or descriptions of what you want to learn.
• Generated learning content: scene courses, exercises, and feedback created from your inputs and learning activity.
• Account or contact information: such as your email address if you create an account, join a waitlist, contact us, or request support.
• Technical and diagnostic information: device, browser or app version, approximate region/language, error logs, security events, and basic usage information needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

• Provide LexiPlay and save your progress across learning sessions.
• Generate personalized scene-based lessons, exercises, hints, and feedback.
• Understand which scenes and exercises are useful so we can improve the product.
• Respond to support requests, feedback, and product inquiries.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, debug problems, and comply with legal obligations.

AI-generated lessons

LexiPlay may use the content you provide and your learning progress to generate scene courses and exercises. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, or content you do not have permission to use. Generated content may not always be perfect and should be treated as learning assistance.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us host, operate, secure, analyze, or improve LexiPlay.
• AI or infrastructure providers that help generate or deliver learning content.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect rights, or to prevent abuse.
• A successor organization if LexiPlay is involved in a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction.

We are not adding a separate Cookie Policy at this stage. If we later use analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies that require additional notice or consent, we will update this Policy as appropriate.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide LexiPlay, maintain learning progress, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the service. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights
